The FDW2501NZ-NL is a Dual N-Channel 2.5V Specified PowerTrench MOSFET. It is a rugged gate version of Fairchild Semiconductor’s advanced PowerTrench process. The FDW2501NZ-NL has been optimized for power management applications with a wide range of gate drive voltage (2.5V to 12V). The applications of the FDW2501NZ-NL are Load switch, Motor drive, DC/DC conversion, Power management.
